Car stalls when throttle is applied after stopping

The car starts up fine. Every time i come to a complete stop and try to go again the car stalls out. It starts back up almost immediately every time. The only solution i have found is to let off the brake after stopping to start rolling forward and wait a second to give the car throttle. I have replaced both fuel pumps and the fuel filter but it didnt solve anything. Could it possibly be the fuel injectors? Im not sure what would cause it to stall out only when accelerating from a complete stop
