mainly the disc drive.

Hi sorry for the long message. So at first out of the blue after a week of not playing on my ps4 slim, i turned it on to play the disc that was already in. The console wouldnt recognise the disc being in and wouldnt eject it. After watching a youtube video i manually ejected the disc, then the console wouldnt take the disc like the opening was blocked. After more youtube videos i opened uo the console thinking it would be the rollers however these where still intact. after opening it more trying to see some problem nothing stood out but i noticed on 1 video he demonstrated the laser mechanism moving and looking for a disc whilst it was all open so i tried this but the laser had no movement at all. I came to the conclusion it was the little silver motor within the laser bit. I bought this part and did it but still exactly the same problem although i think iv bent the power ribbon abit so now thats very tempramental. My question is about the disc drive though do you have anymore advice on what it could be and how i can fix it. Thank you.
