There is a diagram in your owner’s manual that tells you what every single fuse is.

Danny Stogner it should be in the fuse box under the hood. Check the number 36 (15A) fuse. It protects the radio, cigarette lighter, and the Data Link Connector (DLC)

If you mean your OBD port then it should be in your cabin fuse box, either marked dlc or obd or scan port or similar.
