3/4th of full screen in ps2 slim

I accidently change the video settings of my ps2 slim that suddenly popped up while playing a game, a blue message box appeared and I set the video settings from colour to pal and now the screen is 3/4th of full screen the game is entirely visible but the screen is diminished how do i fix it??
