Whenever I try to turn on my gear S3, it displays the Samsung logo then immediately turns off and won't turn back on. It is at 100 percent but won't turn on. If it does turn on, the battery dies within 15 minutes and if I attempt to turn on power savings mode, it turns off and won't turn back on.

Sounds like a faulty battery. Unfortunately I cannot find a proper location to purchase a battery for it.
