My camera prints but it comes out blank

I got a Polaroid snap yesterday and only used it today, I can take a photo and print it out but the paper comes out blank. It says it doesn’t need ink and people just talk about getting the right film but the film came with it so I’m a bit confused.

I had the same problem. In my case I placed the Zink paper with the blank side facing down thinking that was the logical way. Turns out you need to face the blank side of the Zink paper upwards

I had this problem and looked at multiple sites. When none of their sugesttions worked, I tried my own solution. I opened up a new package (10 film cards) and at the very top or bottom, Idr, is a blue card with a barcode. When your loading the film into your camera, lay down the blue bar code FIRST and make sure the actual barcode is touching the inside of the camera. Blank side up. Then load the rest of your film. When you turn the camer back on, it will scan the barcode. I tried printing and my camera turned off. Then I tried printing a second time and the picture came out with color. Hazahhhh. I think the camer turning off just happens to mine occasionally.Hope this works for you too

I have to ask the obvious question, but did you take the lens cap off?

Also take it back to the store, if it is the camera. Have them swap it out and test it there and then for you.

I have to ask you a question, how can you ask this question?? If the lens cap is on, how do you think is going to print a black picture?

- de

If the lens cap is on, and a picture is taken. Then light will not enter the camera and therefore the picture will when it prints, be black.

the polaroid snap is a digital camera with a printer attatched to it. in this persons case, the photo cane out completely white. i'm having the same issue. if the lens cap is on, i'm pretty sure the camera doesn't even take the photo. do your research before you chip in.

I ditched the camera in the bin (after asking for help to Polaroid and local camera shop, because the price for repair was the same as the price of a new Polaroid camera).

Did you take out the film after putting it in? I did that and now the film doesn't work. It's not the camera, it's the film. I suggest buying new film and see if that will work.

You need to wait 15+ mins for the photo to develop.
