1 What's the best tablet for modification?
Hi there
My company is looking for a tablet model that's easy to take apart and modify.
The goal is to modify the front-facing camera, convert it to an infrared camera.
We gave up on Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, since it was rather hard to take apart. We also gave up on iPad Pro 10.5 since the camera was not suitable.
We are currently considering Samsung Galaxy Tab S2, but are open for any other suggestions.
Anyone here willing to recommend a tablet model that might be suitable? It should be relatively easy to take apart (compared to S3 at least), and preferably have a decent front facing camera.
Anyone have experience with taking apart the S2?

You are aware there are quite a few FLIR and near infrared camera’s which you can plug-in or mount to a cellphone or a tablet. Some are quite cheap! http://www.flir.com/flirone/ios-android/...
