Upon taking the Antenna Flex Cable off, one connector pin got attached to the cable thus removing it from the logic board accidentally.

One of them is for 2.4G, which is wifi/Bluetooth. You lose them if you break it.
The other is cellular diversity and GPS. You lose some reception, download speed and all GPS if you break it.

Yes it is the wifi antenna the logic board needs replaced if you broke it!

I think this is antenna connection of wifi or mobile network.
