I dropped my phone 1 time on the concrete floor and the screen cracked and ever since then my tool board with the date and time keeps scrolling down and pressing things and now my keyboard won't let me type certain letters. What should I do that won't cost me money?

@blaxpie101 there is nothing that you can do for free. You will have to replace the touchscreen to get it working again, but it will not come for free. touchscreen is about $10USD and is available at places like ebay. This video will at least get you to it.
