Just shows filling all the time.

Hi, the machine heats, pumps, and empty's but never get to the point where it will start washing. I have checked the Heating elements in the boiler, the flow switched and the water temp sensors. The three pumps all seems to be clear and running and the over fill diaphragm switch is working fine. The machine does not show any error codes, unless I disconnect any of the sensors then it shows the correct code for the part i've disconnected. The element in the boiler is not badly lime scaled and has the same resistance on each of them (all three). I have reset the machine to default/factory settings. Both control boards do not show any sign of damage. The only thing I have found is an orange rubber part in the water outlets , from the water softener, to the inside of the machine. I have not managed to workout where the organ rubber piece came from. All the pump impellers seem to be fine. HELP. the machine is this one http://professional.electrolux.co.uk/pd/...
