Can't get the water reservior to seat
Our water reservior will not seat to allow the PLEASE add water light to go off and brew

@judy123 there should be a clip on the back side that needs to be seated first and then the reservoir should slide into the check valve. Post some images of your reservoir and your Keurig so we can see what you see. Use this guide Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente for that.
Check the reservoir and see if the float in there moves appropriately when you fill it up with water.
