The sim card no recognition

I have replaced the battery of my iphone 5, then it did not work thePwer and home botton keys.

i gave it to a company to repair. when i received the mobile after fixing, both power and home botton worked properly.

now the main issue is that, my sim card is no recognition. mobile does not read my sim card. even the company does not know, how to solve this issue.

please help me, what I should do.

Thank you for your reply, i feel, my iphone 5 problem is hardware not softeware. as it happend after pry damage.
