Can I tranfer screens

I have 2 Iphone 6s plus I want one of them the screen is crack can i transfer the screen with out removing the fingerprint sensor is turn off on both phones Thank YOu

I defenely want the touch Id to work so this means the touch Id wont work even if is disable on both before thanferin
