Not working although there is a current indication from power supply

Hello guys

I received a Samsung S3 that's not working.

First thing i did is to try turning on the phone with power supply.

There was a current of 0.25 A , a constant current of 0.25 , i think for the phone to work it should be higher than this.

I thought the problem from the screen , tried to change it but still shows me constant current and the phone not working

Is it a problem of power IC? What can i do next?

Should be at absolute minimum of 1.0A. Try another power supply.

The problem is not from the Power supply , as it works with other phones
