I bought two earphones but the right side never worked and turns out when I used the two ear phones to my computer it works perfectly thats when I started realizing it was my phone that isn't working its &&^&^$^ stupid

Had the same problem many times, due to dirt in my pockets. So cleaning the phone jack port on the phone has helped me several times. Use a sharp object to get dirt out.
