Broken charger plug repair?

not having seen the inside, I can't say much, but it's probably a fairly standard connector soldered to the mainboard.

depending on what broke it may be possible to re-solder it, or you may need to replace the jack too.

If you don't have the soldering skills to do this yourself, you may be able to find a local shop that will do it for you.

In my experience, most of the phone repair places don't do board-component level repairs, although one in my area Device Drop Devicedrop.com does. If you're not in the metro Detroit MI area, ask around at places like Gamestop that sell used console games if they know anyone who fixes Red Ring of Death issues on xbox 360. the skills and tools needed are similar.
