How to restart the mobile.

I was watching whatsapp videos, the phone slipped and fell down.

There are scratches on the screen guard. I tried charging it.. it shows a battery symbol of yellow..no charging symbol something. And sometimes.. it shows green charging.

It vibrates at times. please please help me.
