Paper feeding incorrectly and jamming.

Hi there,

I have an Epson XP-425 which seem to be pulling paper to the right hand side and then jamming all the time. I've opened the printer's lid and had a look at the paper feed rollers and given them a bit of a scrub ther best i can withot taking the printer apart and properly cleaning the rollers and all the paper feed components. I have noticed a white power like substance on the rollers which i'm assuming is causing the paper to not grip properly, but at this point i have no idea. Despite cleaning it still pulls the paper in one one side then jams. Any suggestions/fixed welcomed.
