I can hear sound via headphones but not without it
When I try to phone I can here it ringing but softly.Have put all rintones ,media etc on full blast.
Cannot hear anything with music or whatsapp

Are they wire less head m phone. If they are then it is probably the wire inside it that is Lois from the speaker. If it has a wire than the aux port in your phone is probably dirty. You can your a cotton swab to clean it out.
