How can I get my wifi and bluetooth turn on?
my phone wifi and bluetooth refused to turn on,i need help please.

Strange idea but are there any agressive battery saving apps running. Sometimes they turn off everything eg. Bluetooth, data, wifi. Have you tried backing up and doing a full reset?
