ISO and metering not working when using Aperture P or shutter P.

When using Aperture P and Shutter P the ISO and metering are not working. Every shot is completely overexposed (massively). Does not matter what ISO I set still happening. Everything works fine on Manual and idiot settings. Hoping this is not going to cost me a fortune.
