Why will my camera not load the facebook page in order to upload pics?

My WB250F Samsung camera is supposed to have the ability to upload pictures to websites directly from the camera without having to connect to my computer. I was able to login to Facebook from my camera, and the camera acts like it will load the website, but it does not load and I get a white screen.

I have tried resetting to factory settings, updating the firmware, and taking the battery out of the camera and putting it back in place. Does anyone have any additional suggestions on a solution to my technology problem?

Yes just talked to customer support. The only suggestion they had was to take it to a service center. This problem occurred after I did the firmware update on both my cameras .Nice firmware update Samsung. They were working fine until I did this.

I have the same problem which I reported to customer services in April. I was told they are aware of the problem and that it had been escalated up to the technical team. What a lie! I'm still waiting for the fix and have a camera that cant be used for which it was described!

Hi I have a similar problem with my WB200F and Samsung have just confirmed that the firmware and software are no longer supported so it will no longer connect to wifi and therefore do what it is supposed to do as a wifi enabled camera, including uploading to facebook etc. Seems whenever Samsung want a bit more money out of people they discontinue the product, no longer support the firmware/software and leave you with a waste of money cupboard item!!!!!!

I have a red one it stopped sending pictures to FB so i bought another one a year later on ebay it looks new but still will not send pictures to FB
