I tried to go to safe mode with command prompt. It was unsuccessful & I accidentally closed the black command window. It's stucked at Please wait screen after I see ASUS logo... please help

Have you tried forcing it to shutdown by holding the power button till it turns off?

What upgrade where you trying to do , going to windows 10 or are you referring to windows updates?

Yes. So many times. It's working now. I decided to just bring it at work & my colleague fixed it. Thanks heaps for the reply.
