Is it leaking or just not making heat ? because if you can unclog it its better than replacing cause its not an easy job.

Miranda Brooks this guide from Alldata shows you how to do it ==>>Pontiac Bonneville heater core replacement The average cost for a Pontiac Bonneville Heater Core Replacement is between $509 and $691. Labor costs are estimated between $404 and $511 while parts are priced between $105 and $180 from here and you'd be looking at around 6-8 hours depending on how easy things can get to be removed

I can open the link, but when open and press on the blue under line info will not come up as I thought it should.

You are referring to the hyperlinks within the text? Those will only work if you have an Alldata account and are not needed to follow the guide.

Miranda Brooks , If the above link does not work for you, try checking this video link and fairly extensive written instruction link below, on heater removal for your car. I will also add cooling system bleeding procedure as it is very important final step.

Fill cooling system with appropriate coolant mix, do not let the coolant reservoir empty as it will put air in the system.

Place the heater/temperature to the highest setting.

Idle engine until the lower radiator hose is hot.

Idle then rev engine up to 3000 rpm and back to idle 10x or so.

Cautiously/slowly open bleeder valve on the back of the thermostat housing for approximately 10-30 sec's to bleed trapped air in the cooling system.

After the air has been bled, recheck and fill the radiator. Install rad cap properly.

Let engine cool, then recheck the coolant level in the reservoir.

Add coolant if required to full level.

Good luck.

I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
