Hey,
I have Samsung galaxy view 18.4 with broken screen glass is there a way to replace just the glass ? and does anyone have idea where i can get the glass shipped to Egypt, Cairo

I too have this problem. However You can buy used View Tablets on Ebay for approx. £250.
I'm sure any repair would also be in this region so it's worth a cheap replacement.
It's a difficult size screen to protect, particularly if your a gigging musician like me. I have found that the official padded case from amazon at about £45 takes a month to deliver for another £10.
I am pleased to continue talking if anyone has any useful ideas.

I managed to buy the replacement screen (you cannot buy just the glass, unfortunately - you need to buy the whole 'LCD digitizer' assembly) and then transferred all of the parts to the new front assembly. Bit of a fiddle. It was only marginally cheaper than getting a new one, but I had a bunch of software on there and I had *JUST* bought the thing when I dropped it the very first time I had it outside, so I was just determined to do this. But now I'm back to having a brand-new unit.

I just spoke to Samsung Canada they discontinued this tablet so they don't even carry anymore replacement screens. No after market screen is available. So if you break the screen your pretty well out of luck. Just sell it for parts

Ahmed, Sorry could find very little on this large tablet, came across a couple sites and glass is no longer available, Ebay has an assy. $312.00 US plus shipping, whether they would ship to your location? You would have to contact and ask at link below. Found no info. to show you how to replace the screen or glass on your own. Good luck.

Yes, this is where I sourced my replacement unit. Shipping wound up being a bit more than the website had originally estimated - these guys are not used to shipping objects this huge and their system is not quite flexible enough to figure out how much more. Took some emails back and forth to work this out.

To every one have that problem if the screen still work just use glass repair on Amazon if don't work remove it and use keyboard and mouse I have 15 with crack screen I am looking for the parts if I found it I pass the information to all

Im not sure about your particular model of tablet. But the best website for getting replacement screens and parts is https://www.fixez.com/. If they dont have it there. I would opt to either buy a new tablet or deal with the damage (depending on how bad it is)

I have that same problem, my screen is broken but my lcd is intact and works I live in a suburb close to Chicago Illinois in the United States is there any hope for me and my Galaxy View?
