Why does it show i am burning caliries even when I am not wearing it?

If it's linked to your phone I suppose it's possible that the default fitness app on your phone is still tracking steps, turning that into calories burned, then sending that info to your Gear. I know S Health does this, so I would presume that any other app you use does the same.

I think you chose the wrong topic to discuss this problem. I think here it would be more appropriate to ask how to lose weight at the gym or what is better to buy electronic scales. But honestly, if you think about your question, I think you know the answer yourself. If you cheated and got caught doing it, don't expect to be treated well after that, and most likely, you won't be accepted into law school because they don't want students who cheat from the start. Although on the other hand, good lawyers always lie, which is also certainly hard to deny. All in all, the situation is 50-50.
