If you are talking about dots that look like either of these links then you have a bad LCD and will need to replace it. Can you upload a picture of what it looks like as well as the model of the laptop?

My laptop shows like this one in the second link. but i could move them by the tip of my figures which will take around 1 or 2 hrs to do so... and they completely disappear from the screen, all is good.
but after one day.. they appear again.. so is there any solution for that ?
