Need New Headphone Jack for Ellipis 7

What do I need as far as parts and equipment to replace the headphone jack on the Verizon Ellipsis 7. The inside is damaged on the existing jack to where it does not produce sound through any pair of headphones, and headphones no longer sit snug in the port anyway.There is no visible degree inside the existing headphone jack.
