Please help me how to fix my Fitbit surge . Can it be repaired or do I need to buy new one

Original: First step, leave it in a sealed container filled with uncooked rice for 12 - 24 hours based on how much water went inside.

Uncooked rice is a desiccant that removes water from everything around it.

Edit: Apparently while rice will remove the water, it can damage the device in the process. Here is a guide to doing it properly: Don't Put Your Device in Rice. Here's Why...

Hi @salemcve ,

With electronics and water the first thing to do if possible is to disconnect the power source from the device.
