Can this device be upgraded to Windows 10?
My device is currently running Windows 7, is it possible to have it upgraded to Windows 10? Will it continue to run smoothly?

Yes, it is possible to upgrade and have it continue to run smoothly.
If this were a Windows XP to Windows 10 you would have to upgrade to Windows 7 first then Windows 10.Don't forget the transition from XP to 7 will clean your drive so you would have to go to the Samsung website following your upgrades to reinstall all of the drivers for the NC10.
