Yes you can, the parts are easily available on eBay. Just search "iPhone 7 plus camera glass". It will probibly be coming from China, so don't remove the old one yet :)

I don't understand. This answer tells how to buy the glass, not how to install it. Yet, @mayer selected it as the answer. Am I mistaken, or is the the question about how to replace the glass?

But how is the glass fixed in the housing?
It seems to be glued or welded to the aluminium part of the Iphone.
I tried it yersterday but didn´t get it fixed :(
