tub wont stay centered

My tub has been tipping forward and I replaced the counterweight spring but it still won't stay centered. Water is getting all over the floor. The tub has a lot of play and easy to move back and forth. The other 3 springs are fine. I'm not sure I hooked the spring back up to the right spot but don't see any other holes that might be correct.
