My phone keeps vibrating and is doing random stuff on it's own
I have a Vodafone Smart Ultra 6, and I've had it for almost a year but just today it's started vibrating constantly and doing stuff on it's own. Mostly it seems like it's only pressing the home button and getting out of the apps they I go into. And when my phone is off the screen turns on and off and vibrates constantly again. Has anyone else dealt with this experience and does anyone know how to fix it? Sorry if this seems really complicated, I need help because I'd hate to do a reboot of my phone.

Is the phone still under warranty? If so, as a factory reset was unsuccessful, make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.

I have got this problem done factory reset but cannot even get back on to my phone
