Why are videos buffering
When watching any video, downloaded or online they keep buffering. It is not a WiFi issue if they have been downloaded

check the following
have you inserted sd card, if have [ (remove it then check) duplicate memory card course happens ]
if not fix
hard reset phone
it will fix
