Why is my computer so slow?

Okay so I reset the computer to factory reset and everything and I installed windows 10 but sometimes or most of the times its slow like slow. Is there anything i can do about it?

Hello Martin,

Most likely this kind of defectives occur due to your notebook's cooling system not functioning properly. Below guide will help you to troubleshoot the fault.

Check whether fan spinning (Note: Fan not spinning all the time and it's randomly start by thermal sensing )
Check whether laptop get over heating near exhaust.
you can visually inspect whether dust blocked you exhaust .

if any of above observed you can clean the heat exhaust and test the speed. let us know if error remain same. we can help you to next step troubleshooting 
