My headphones fell and now they are not making any sound.

In an accident my headphones fell and now there are making no soud at all, tried replacing the sound source and I have tried to replace the batteries,but with no success. I believe it is an physical damage, sadly I do not understand much in electronics so I am afraid to open the heaphones up. Any suggestions about where could be the problem ?

and the stand showes the red led when i use it so there is an closed circuit I believe.
