Back Camera is Fuzzy. Help identifying components.

I have an issue with an iPhone 5s. The rear facing camera is fuzzy and will not function in any way. I have changed the rear facing camera multiple times with no success or change. I have taken a closer look at the logic board and noticed a small difference between a logic board that is working. Could someone tell me if the highlighted area in the pictures would affect the rear camera and what they are so i can re-solder them. If not can you see anything else that is out of place?
