When I plug my phone into the wall, it does not take a charge. Usually, when I plug it in, the screen lights up, indicating that it is charging but it is not charging whatsoever.

Solution:
1.Turn the phone off.
2.Remove the battery.
3.Wait 10 seconds.
4.Plug in the charger.
5.Insert the battery.
6.Turn on the phone.

Be sure to check that the outlet you are plugging into is working. If so, the problem is likely either with the battery or the charger. If possible, try to charge the phone with a different charger. If this does not work, might need a new battery.
