The Dodge Dakota (called the Ram Dakota for its final two years of production) is a mid-size pickup truck from Chrysler’s Ram division (formerly called the Dodge Truck division). @mugwump looks like a 40A fuse in the power distribution center which is located in the engine compartment on the left inner fender panel. Fuse number 13 will be the blower fuse.
