Tab keeps turning off and on

Dear Sir/Madam,

1) I encountered problem with the above tab, it keeps turning off and on automatically every few minutes.

2) When it is on, the saved data are reinstated to the previous version. (e.g. I deleted some photos, when the tab is auto off and on again, the photos still remain in the Photo Galery.)

I bought in 2013, please advise if the tab is still fixable?
