My Mom loves her coffee maker but finds this problem to be a downfall because at her age she would like to see the clock time as a clock in kitchen.
I just bought one and the first thing I noticed was I could not see the clock (the lights in my kitchen are fine). Bought this to replace a Black & Decker that gave up after many years and it was backlit. Not taking it back but if I would have known it would have been a deal breaker.
