I am having problems with left Thumbstick, Please Help!

I am having problems with the left thumbstick and is really frustrating. It goes up when I not touching it. It is hard to control. Because if i go up is fine , but if put it down i due but for one second then go up. Please help me with this, and please tell me if I can buy the parts here. Thank you so much in advantage.
