No network signal after replacement dock recharges

Hello,

I have to replace the recharging dock , I was wrong and I threw the original dismantled without worrying about which version it was ! I purchased the rev . 1 and the smartphone does not take more GSM signal .

How do I figure out which version of parts I buy ?
