During spins heavier loads seem to be better than usual. After reading the various possibilities on this site we got a new coupler thinking it may have been slipping. This seemed OK but replaced it while apart. Agitator seems to work fine but drum seems to be slipping actually in start up light resistance we can almost stop the drum. Any thoughts

@e37027 this behavior could be caused by a bad clutch. Take a look at this guide. different model but same idea. Let us know what you find.
