Yes, another old and forgotten question. which gets answered just for completion sake. Anyhow, one of the first things on all the troubleshooting for any Samsung phone, is the question about the display. Does it work? Does the sound and vibrate work. Yes, it does = Replace the display. Same process here. Start with that and re-evaluate.
