after glass repair phone turns on and off and digitizer doesnt work

Changed broken glass with new one ( glass only repair )

after replace the new one phone starts on and off during the day and i am wondering why

2nd : sometimes digital buttons dont respond

May I ask what is all problem about ? and Why ?

What must i do after this point ?
