Why is my Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro not connecting to Wi-Fi?

My Yoga 2 Pro won't connect to Wi-Fi and I can't get on the internet at all. I've tried restarting the device, as well as turning off Wi-Fi and turning it back on again. How can I fix this?

Actually I have a way that works for me.I think the wifi issues are due to static on the wifi adaptor.

Solution is to start the pc and then shutdown.Wait about 10 secs and then restart.Wifi will work again.Do it for all restarts .

Greetings Riley,

You should first try to update your Wi-Fi drivers from the Lenovo downloads page.

Wow what an awful response. I click the link and it says nothing found. Also, the problem is that I can't connect to wifi. Thanks for sending a link that requires wifi. You're great.

This response is from last year; the link may have been changed by Lenovo. Currently, the drivers are available here. You can download them using another PC and then transfer them to your Yoga 2 Pro using a USB stick. (Or simply plug in to ethernet, if that still works.) I understand why you are frustrated, but try to remember that members of this forum are volunteering their time to help out; you're more likely to get help without the attitude and sarcasm.
