2 cracked screen on Nabi Dreamworks tablet
My son's Nabi dreamworks tablet fell and the screen is cracked. Is their anything i can do without having to replace the whole device?

Just talked to NABI there is no replacement nor is there going to be my sons NABI dream tab fell and the screen broke and they refuse to replace it says that it was damage done on purpose. Offered me a 20% discount on products that they had sold out of. every thingh works on it charges and everything but I dont want my son to get glass in his finger, I will let you know if I can find away to fix mine. Otherwise we are out of luck along with anyone else who buys a NABI product.

Check for the model number located on the back of the dreamtab. If your model number is DMTAB_IN08A, good luck finding a replacement screen for it. I have only found digitizers online, but none with the LCD. If you have model number DMTAB_NV08B however, you are in luck of finding a replacement screen with the digitizer and LCD. Look on websites such as www.amazon.com or www.ebay.com
I unfortunately have the IN08A model and I'm in need of a replacement screen.

I think the best answer is Prolly get a broken one from eBay with a good screen remove the mother board from your old one along with all working parts and reassemble into broken tablet that's what I'm going to do. Probably best advice I can give.

Were you successful in getting it fixed? I was thinking the same thing, but wasn't sure if it was able to be done...And why do they sell them on Ebay? if they don't work.
