Does the phone indicate its charging? Are you using an OEM charger? Battery as well?

It could be because your battery is broken, mostly because it wasnt from the original one. Your charger can be also a problem, try to hold it straight, if the connector always wiggles. You can also try your other chargers. I also have that wiggling problem, but i have another charger that didnt.
