Just upgraded to the most recent android wear updated and the screen stopped working. It turns on and the side button works but the screen is unresponsive. Please help!

Same problem and LG are a pain out of warranty as I bought mine on eBay. Horrible service considering this is likely down to a failed driver in the update or something thats not fixable your self once the update is applied, I've opened mine and re-connected the connections and can't see any issues / water damaged (not that i suspected any). It's put me off LG products completely.

I have exactly the same fault. My fault was on the watch from delivery. I however purchased it from the Google Play Store. I contacted Google to get it fixed/replaced. I was emailed a link where I had to fill in six pages of information and print them and put them in a new box and e-mail a courier who then would provide a date for pickup. (One of those it will be picked up between 8am and 5pm on this day or that day). So I left it at reception of my office which is attended without fail between the 7am and 7pm.
It has never been picked up. They have never contacted me since.
I still have the thing.
So do not feel bad about buying your device from ebay.

J'ai le même problème,la montre est allumée car connecté à mon téléphone mais mon écran reste noir, retour en garantie et Lg ma rendu ma montre en me disant non réparable défaut d'étanchéité.
Et on est pas seul! Le Sav Lg est déplorable. Dernier achat LG !!!

My lg R suddenly nothe working..no display..totally black out...put on charge...only feel hotter ...without any sign of display...restart also can't help much...please help...I only bought for 2 mth...so sad with lg product...is a nightmare to me

I have the same issue. I sent it in for repair and 2 weeks later I get it back not fixed. I called (3times it took because of the phone system) and was told only the US watches get repaired. Mine was from Korea so they won't fix it. Even though its an lg watch.

Not sure if I have the same problem, but sometimes my lg g watch r freezes and the screen is unresponsive, yet the hands are still moving. I am able to get Google assistant up by holding the side button but that is it. I get it working again by leaving it for a while and restarting by holding the side button for 8 seconds, but, then again, it may be a different problem. I'm pretty sure this happens because the processor gets overloaded as it is an older watch.

That is easy what you do is you hold the power button in the volume down button at the same time for about 8 Seconds that will end that freeze screen that it's stuck on hope this helps
